4 Data processing

4.1 Website usage (web server log files)
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called web server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are: Domain, IP address (anonymized), requests, user agent, timestamp, status code. We have no access to these internal web server log files. They are deleted by the provider after 90 days. We have refrained from additionally transferring the log files to our web server for analysis or archiving purposes. A combination of this data with other data sources is not made.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

4.2 Slimstat statistics
In order to improve the quality of our website and to control the reach, our website uses the plugin Slimstat (wp-slimstat.com) to collect and process data to create statistics. This data is stored in a database at the provider in Germany. The following data is collected and analyzed:

– Page address (URL)
– Browser and version, screen resolution, language
– Operating system of your computer, smartphone or tablet
– IP address (anonymized)
– Date and time of the visit
– Name of the website that links to this page and through which you found this page
– search terms
– Clicked links on this website

These data are generally not assignable to specific persons. Tracking and setting of cookies is deactivated, the option “DNT header (Do Not Track)” is activated. This data is not merged with other data sources. This statistical data is stored in our database at our web hoster. Statistics data older than 90 days are automatically deleted.

4.3 Contact form
When contacting us via our website, we collect various personal data from you using the contact form. Mandatory fields, in order to enable a meaningful processing with your minimum necessary data for us, are: First name, last name, e-mail address and the actual message. The indication of the telephone number is voluntary and goes beyond what is necessary. Nevertheless, we ask you to provide the phone number for easier contact.

With these data provided by you, an unencrypted e-mail is generated directly – without intermediate storage – to info@schuhen-consulting.com, which you transmit to us by sending it. We will forward this internally to the office concerned if necessary. Please note that the e-mail is unencrypted, so please take care not to provide any confidential data or information in this way. By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your data in accordance with this privacy policy.

Our websites may contain links to other websites for convenience and further information. These websites may be operated independently of us. Linked websites may have their own privacy statements or policies, which you should review. If linked websites are not owned or managed by us, we are not responsible for the content of those websites, their use, or their privacy practices, even if you reach those websites directly from ours.

 

5 Safety note

We strive to store your personal data by taking all technical and organizational possibilities so that they are not accessible to third parties. When communicating via an unencrypted e-mail, complete data security cannot be guaranteed by us, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

6 Data storage / deletion

If this is not otherwise regulated in the detailed descriptions of the offers, we process and store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations.
As a rule, your personal data will be deleted or blocked when it is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, you have exercised your right of deletion, all mutual claims have been satisfied and there are no other legal retention obligations or legal justification bases for storage.
