SCHUHEN Consulting consists of a team of five people who together have over 80 years of professional experience in infrastructural and commercial facility management. Christian Schuhen is the managing director and founder of SCHUHEN Consulting. In him, you have an experienced contact person who worked for over ten years as a service manager in the field of commercial and operational facility management.
His wealth of experience also includes another five years of infrastructural building management in a public research institution.
And the training? He is a curious person who always wants to back up his professional experience with theory. He is a certified expert in the building cleaning trade, a specialist in cleaning and hygiene management, a trained specialist in disinfection and operational hygiene management, and holds a certificate of competence in room disinfection with H2O2. He is also a VdS-certified security officer and security manager and holds the CFPA Europe diploma Security Management Cycle and Technical Cycle.
In addition, he is constantly educating himself in areas such as public procurement law, facility management, security management, and is also studying law with a focus on commercial law.
Sabrina Feckl supports the team behind the scenes. Her creative input opens up new innovative perspectives for the consultancy. In addition to flexibility and dynamism, she convinces with her broad expertise. Thanks to her training as a tax clerk and her master’s degree in business education and mathematics, she brings the necessary know-how for a strong performance.
Stefan Gasper knows his way around workflows and urgent projects. That’s what his many years as a self-employed catering and event technology professional throughout Europe have taught him. But that’s not all: In the meantime, he has been applying his experience in infrastructural facility management – for more than 12 years. Both as a service provider and as a customer, the specialist in facility management (HWK) draws on his varied professional background.
When it comes to cleaning and hygiene, Jessica Stark is our number one. With over eight years in the building cleaning trade, she enriches SCHUHEN Consulting with her know-how every day. She is a housekeeper, hygiene officer according to § 36 IfSG as well as a specialist for cleaning and hygiene management.
Due to her many years of operational experience with regard to business processes and hygiene management, she sees the big picture.
We also have a planning specialist on the team. Michael Feckl, an engineer for energy technology, knows exactly what is important in building management. After completing his master’s degree at Regensburg University of Applied Sciences and the Technical University of Munich, he is very familiar with energy-efficient planning. He doesn’t plan for the moment, he plans for the future.
